THE LIGHTHOUSE BAKERY
What it felt like driving around a tiny arctic island on a very stormy day, desperately searching for a cafe that was open. During our time car camping on Senja Island, I found myself dreaming of a lighthouse bakery that lives on top of a tall cliff-face, only accessible by treacherous icy roads, as giant waves threaten to sweep the car away. (Not unlike the reality I was living!) I really love this aesthetic of cozy within a harsh environment.
